Here at Redstone we use Atlantic Lobster, which is known to be the best in the world. We fold it into Arborio Rice, cooked with Chardonnay & Vegetable Stock, Freshly Grated Lemon Zest & Cream. It is surrounded by Red Wine Demi. It is very rich, full of flavour & one of Chef Hiltz’s Classic Dishes.
